Then, a month later, another bleed landed her in a doctor's office with a 'placenta previa' diagnosis.
Yet, the 90210 actress, who admits to repeatedly lying to the media, told publicist friendly People magazine on March 29, 2013, "This is my best pregnancy yet!"

Dean took offense to his wife's book, and hit the Access Hollywood Live studio and Us Weekly's office to let them know his wife Tori is full of sh*t.
