Hilaria Baldwin took to twitter to complain about an annoying photographer outside her building who harassed her baby daughter Carmen. 
We're thinking that he works for Splash, and since they are now

owned by billionaire Bill Gates, she should sue the deepest pockets in the industry. 
Splash supposedly has a strict policy that doesn't allow for the harassment of celebrity children--because of their new ownership. 
This would be a landmark lawsuit. Let's help ID this fellow and bring justice...

The lawsuit Tom Cruise never should have filed

Tom Cruise is suing In Touch magazine for a cover story where they say he 'abandoned Suri.' 
His taped deposition revealed he didn't see his daughter for 110 days after Katie Holmes left him, so the In Touch story is pretty spot on. 
Now other mags get to crawl all over the juicy details of the deposition, and our favorite Star is doing just that...

Turns out In Touch was being conservative with the '44 days' thing, it was more than TWICE that! 

Frances Bean Cobain turns 21!

If ever a gal deserved to slapped on the back for making it to 21, it's Frances Bean Cobain.
She's the daughter of rockers Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain.

Only Patti Wilkinson (Kendra's mom) congratulates Holly Madison on the birth of her daughter...

Holly Madison gave birth to a girl on March 5, 2013, but you'd never know it by reading Kendra Wilkinson or Bridget Marquardt's twitter.
There has been a deafening silence the entire pregnancy towards Holly. Pretty sad considering everyone was expected to kiss Kendra's butt during her pregnancy with Little Hank, now 3.
The only one to break that silence is Kendra's mom Patti Wilkinson who posted a nice message today...
