Heidi Montag goes back to looking like her old self

Heidi Montag recently reduced her breast implants from F-cups to C-cups, making her look, well, almost normal. Her decision to downsize was based on the fact that she found it hard to exercise with her massive implants. Guess she found out why they've been called 'knockers!'

We're not going to call them 'celebrities' because they're not, but simply say that they look similar. 
Pratt, 30, was on the MTV reality show The Hills, and Trout, 18, is the boyfriend of that 'dirty little pig' Ireland Baldwin. 
But we do see a resemblance, and let's face it, they're both sorta douchie...

Is there a rehab for 'FAME addicts?'

They're baaaaaack! 
Fame whores Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have found a way to eeek out their last few minutes of notoriety with a live web series which has them attempting to do real jobs that require actual manual labor type work. 
"Heidi breaks a nail building a chicken coop" or "Heidi's breast implant explodes near deep fryer" will likely be upcoming web episodes. 

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have read only one book, and it's by their tabloid icons Spencer & Heidi!

It's called "How to Be Famous" (Looking the part, playing the press and becoming a tabloid fixture) and it's obvious that the gruesome twosome have dreams of reaching Speidi level fame whoredom!
