Did Tori Spelling get a secret tummy tuck after baby #4?

Star magazine is questioning Tori Spelling's latest stint in the hospital, following the birth of her fourth child Finn Davey McDermott on August 30. Finn was her fourth C-Section in less than six years (Liam, 5, Stella, 4, Hattie 11 months) and on September 15 she returned to the hospital for a two week stay. On September 5th, she was photographed post birth with quite a bit of a belly (see photo above), then 10 days later was in the hospital. When she emerges again, will she have any belly? Enquiring minds want to know...
