Brooke Burke tries to pass off STAGED photos with Startraks as candid paparazzi pics

Liar liar short shorts on fire! 
Brooke Burke-Charvet tried to tell People magazine that her staged pumping gas photos with Michael Simon of Startraks, "could have been really bad." 
Meaning, supposedly caught off guard, after a grueling work out, but luckily, because the photos were STAGED all went well, whew! 
If Michael Simon's name sounds familiar, it should, he's the one who does 'happy family' pics with Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott.
