TMZ bashed dead photographer Chris Guerra for allegedly telling a colleague the day he died that he had seen pop star Justin Bieber smoking a pipe that could have been filled with Mary Jane. Well, it seems that the sultan of sleeze Harvey Levin is singing a different tune now, well, ever since he bought some iPhone pics of Bieber holding a joint. Now, according to Harvey, the Biebs is a total pot head. Way to go Harvey! You've taken douche-bagery to a new level.
Oh, and Justin, way to kiss your pre-teen and teen followers good-bye, their parents aren't going to take them to your concerts, let them buy your CDs, because now, you are a bad influence. Ciao!

Typical TMZ douchebag move: Bashing dead pap Chris Guerra

TMZ is now turning on dead pap Chris Guerra BIG TIME, claiming he was constantly "stalking and harassing" pop star Justin Bieber. Guerra, 29, was killed at night on New Year's Day crossing Sepulveda Blvd after Bieber's car was pulled over by cops and he was told to go back to his car.
If Guerra was constantly stalking Bieber why didn't he get any photos of him? How come the photos of Bieber are always the same three guys, two who work for X17, one for Fame/Flynet, none of whom is named "Chris Guerra?"
TMZ even got one of Guerra's friends to go on their Live show (via phone) to chat about the deceased photographer. I'm sure that pal wishes he never spoke to scumbag Harvey Levin and his band of greasy fat clowns.

RIP: Paparazzi Chris Guerra dies crossing the street at night in LA

"Freelance photographer" Chris Guerra died last night, January 1, 2013, crossing a busy Los Angeles street at night. Any time a paparazzi gets himself in trouble, or in this case DEAD, the agency who has been employing him and paying for his photos distances themselves from the scandal. "Hey, we just take his camera chip, we don't employ him!"
The owner of X17 is the best at this shell game, since he does employ illegal aliens and criminals to take pictures of celebrities.
But we digress, bottom line is a young guy who had been following Justin Bieber's car thought he had a big story, and when the car got pulled over by cops he really thought he was on to something. But when he was told to cross the road and go back to his car he didn't pay attention and got hit and killed.
He was probably excited and not paying attention to his surroundings, but that's no excuse not to take a moment, and just as your parents told you as a kid, "Look both ways..." before you cross the street...RIP Chris Guerra, age 29.
