Is this ALSO Charlie Sheen's daughter?

There are rumors that Denise Richards adopted her special needs daughter Eloise, 2, because she was a product of a Charlie Sheen hook up with a drug addicted stripper--Charlie reportedly asking his ex-wife to once again care for more of his children. 
Now we see a cute little moment between father and daughter, oh, sorry, we mean Charlie and Eloise. 
It's things like this that make you go 'hmmmmmm....'

Charlie Sheen knows how to make headlines, he knows how to make pithy soundbites ("Winning!"), he knows how to start epic battles using every kind of media at his disposal. 
But we have a problem with Charlie. 
It started back when he got his High School girlfriend pregnant and then dumped the little girl (Cassandra) off with his parents Janet and Martin to raise. 
When his marriage to Denise Richards crashed and burned, he called Denise every name in the book when she refused to let their girls have unsupervised visits with him. "I have a highly capable fiancee," he said of Brooke Mueller at the time, trying to convince a family court judge of his fitness as a parent for visitations. 
Now, he doesn't think Brooke Mueller is 'capable' and he has Denise Richards raising their twin boys. 

That's not 'winning' that's just whining...Advice to Charlie, shut up, get your nuts clipped and keep money going flowing into your bank account to support all these children. 

Charlie Sheen's checkbook comes to the rescue of dead photographer's family

First Charlie Sheen cut a check for $100,000 to Lindsay Lohan to help cover almost half her tax debt to the IRS, now the Anger Management star has come to the aid of Chris Guerra's family.
Guerra, 29, was the photographer hit and killed by a car at night crossing Sepulveda Blvd on New Year's Day after seeing Justin Bieber's car pulled over by cops. Turns out Sheen knew a pap who knew Guerra and was made aware the family was having a hard time coming up with funeral costs, so he cut a check for $12,000. His note on the check? RIP...
