Well, it seems that the sultan of sleeze Harvey Levin is singing a different tune now, well, ever since he bought some iPhone pics of Bieber holding a joint. Now, according to Harvey, the Biebs is a total pot head. Way to go Harvey! You've taken douche-bagery to a new level.
